How do I return an order

If you need to return the order, please, follow the steps below:
Wenn Sie die Bestellung zurücksenden möchten, führen Sie bitte die folgenden Schritte aus:

1. Fill the return form and attach it to the package.

2. Returning the product, please send it back with all accessories/additions and a copy of the check/invoice.

Attention!
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, refunds will be made using the same method of payment, which was used. In the case of withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods immediately, but no later than within 14 days. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, please follow the steps described above.
